1. What this is

Made to Order is a personal, automated YouTube channel. Videos are generated from requests left by viewers in the comments of previous videos. The channel and this website are operated by a single individual.

2. Using the site

This website is informational. It exists to describe the application and to publish its privacy policy and these terms. There is no account, no login, and nothing to purchase.

3. Comments and requests

By leaving a comment requesting a video topic, you understand that:

• your comment may be selected, in whole or in part, as the subject of a future video;
• your public display name may be shown on screen and in the public ledger as the person who asked;
• the request may be declined, and a reason will be given publicly; and
• selection is governed by the channel's published rules, which are applied by software rather than by hand.

Comments must comply with YouTube's own terms and community guidelines. Requests that are unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, defamatory, that impersonate or depict a real person, or that seek medical, financial or legal advice will be declined.

4. No advice

Videos are general explanations produced automatically. Nothing published by this channel is medical, legal, financial, or professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.

5. Accuracy

Videos are generated by automated software and may contain errors. They are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Corrections raised in the comments are welcome and may be addressed in a later video.

6. Intellectual property

Video and audio are generated by the operator. Comment text remains the property of the person who wrote it, and is used only as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on any published video.
